Seasonal Eats Seasonal Harmony

Chinese sages knew long ago the seasons have a profound cyclical effect on human growth and well-being.  But with the same foods offered year round we’ve lost touch with this basic tenet of good health.  In this hands-on class we choose and prepare the proper seasonal foods for each season.  Class content changes, naturally, on a seasonal basis and includes the basic tenets of holistic healing through food with a focus on traditional Chinese medicine.  Come learn to eat seasonally and live more fully.
