Come to the Radical Cooks kitchen to learn the BEST meal planning, prep, and storage strategies to put healthy, delicious food on the table for the next 4 days. We’ll do the grocery shopping. You’ll prep actual dishes with fellow students. By the end of the class you’ll walk away with 4 meals prepped, stored, and stacked along with a suggested meal plan for the following week.
