STEM starts in the kitchen! What makes the cookie dough rise? Why does oil separate from the vinegar? And how can you make food into edible works of art? This class series includes an introduction to kitchen chemistry, science and art (including plating) all while making delicious (and often healthy) treats. Recipes and handouts included.
