Make Mine Mediterranean - Class Series
Considered one of the best “diets” for healthy eating, a Mediterranean diet is a plant-based diet that prioritizes whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, and unsaturated fats. This class series will teach you the main guidelines (not rules!) to follow and together we’ll learn three to four recipes in which participants may do together with the instructor or follow along, demo style. It’s a great way to learn to make healthy and sustainable food choices.
Class fee includes: 2 virtual classes (each class is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes in length) and e-cookbook including 2 monthly meal plans
Class dates & times: Jan 17th, 12 noon to 1:30 pm (PST) and Jan 24th, 12 noon to 1:30 pm
