"Eat a rainbow," they say. Who doesn't like a little color in their diet? Kids, mostly, and sometimes quite often. There are the Perfect Parents who boast of their children eating sun-dried tomato arugula pesto sauce atop spinach linguine. I've overheard their conversations in the parks. So it must be true, right? Then there is the Rest of Us, desperately trying to get their kids to think colorful foods come in shapes and sizes other than a bag of Skittles. For the Rest of Us, this past Friday Night Feast we went in search of the rainbow in the shape of a pizza. A treat to make. A pleasure to eat. And much fun to be had. Believe it or not, we learned a little something along the way, too. Sign up for the Radical Kids Friday Night Feasts at http://www.radicalcooks.com/class-offering/.
